What is a blue screen test?
A blue screen test fills your display with pure blue (#0000FF), so only the blue subpixels are lit. It is a plain colour test for your screen, not the Windows "blue screen of death" error.
This test helps you find stuck red or green subpixels, dead blue subpixels and uneven blue tone. On OLED screens blue subpixels wear fastest, so burn-in often shows up first on a blue screen.
How to run the test
1
Turn brightness up
Higher brightness makes faults easier to see.
2
Start the blue screen
Click the Start button or press F.
3
Look for odd dots or shapes
Check for dots that are not blue and faint shapes, then press Esc to exit.
How to read your results
Black dot
The blue subpixel at that spot is dead.
Red, green or white dot
A red or green subpixel is stuck on.
Faint shapes or bands
On OLED this can be burn-in. Run the OLED screen test to confirm.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the Windows blue screen?
No. This page only shows a solid blue colour to test your display. It does not crash or change anything on your computer.
Why does blue matter for OLED?
Blue OLED subpixels age fastest, so wear and burn-in are often easiest to see on blue.
How do I exit?
Press Esc or tap the × in the corner.
